This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating events, managing marketing initiatives, communicating with clients, and contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Position OverviewThe Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the firm's marketing efforts, client communications, and event execution. This individual will work closely with leadership to coordinate seminars and educational events, maintain client and prospect communications, manage marketing materials, and ensure a seamless experience for both clients and prospects.The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, professional, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Marketing & CoordinationCoordinate educational seminars and client events from planning through executionManage event registrations, attendee communications, and follow-up activitiesWork with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event executionAttend events as needed and provide on-site supportTrack event participation and assist with post-event reporting and follow-upMarketing & CommunicationsAssist in creating and distributing marketing materials, presentations, and client communicationsReview and proofread marketing content for accuracy and professionalismSupport digital and traditional marketing initiativesAssist leadership with proposals, presentations, and promotional materialsMaintain marketing databases and CRM recordsClient & Administrative SupportServe as a professional point of contact for clients and prospective clientsAnswer and direct incoming calls while providing exceptional customer serviceConfirm appointments and maintain team calendarsFollow up with prospects regarding appointments, event attendance, and required documentationPerform data entry, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks as neededQualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and strong proofreading skillsProfessional and polished customer service skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with CRM systems is preferredEvent planning or event coordination experience is a plusMarketing, communications, business, or related experience is preferredCompetitive salary of $50,000-$60,000Medical and dental benefitsRetirement plan benefitsCollaborative and growth-oriented work environmentScheduleFull-time, 40 hours per weekPrimarily Monday through FridayOccasional evening availability required for seminars and client events#J-18808-Ljbffr
