Full‑time, non‑exempt level employees are eligible for various benefits including vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, long‑term and short‑term disability insurance, flexible spending plans, employee assistance plan, legal resources plans, tuition reimbursement, and participation in CASE's retirement plan. Additionally, no relocation assistance is provided.Position PurposeThe Marketing Coordinator is an exempt, salaried position responsible for executing and supporting marketing campaigns and related activities. Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Marketing, the role has a focus on email marketing production, campaign coordination, content preparation, and maintaining marketing systems and records.Essential FunctionsEmail Campaign ExecutionCreates marketing emails in the marketing automation platform (HubSpot)Uploads and creates segment contact lists based on defined criteriaPersonalizes email content using established fields and data inputsSchedules and deploys email campaigns according to the marketing calendarPerforms quality assurance checks for editorial style, accuracy, formatting, and links before sendingGenerates standard performance reports (e.g., open rates, click‑through rates) as requiredCampaign Coordination & AdministrationMaintains campaign files, folders, and documentation in shared systemsTracks campaign timelines and updates project management tools as assignedSupports campaign setup across channels following established workflowsEnsures consistency of campaign details across internal systems and materialsCross-Functional CoordinationCoordinates with internal teams (design, digital, content)Routes marketing materials through review and approval workflowsTracks feedback and ensures updates are incorporated into final materialsFiscal Management / Budget Responsibilities / Judicious Use of ResourcesExercises fiscal responsibility in the utilization of all CASE resourcesWorks cooperatively and diplomatically with all divisions and regionsLiaises with CASE colleagues in other parts of the world to ensure the best sharing of ideas, expertise and knowledgeIncorporates tasks and/or projects related to objectives as directed by the CASE Strategic PlanImage ResponsibilitiesIn keeping with the CASE Values Statement, ensures that CASE is well represented by exercising a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and ethics, in all activities, services, and products.Other Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for marketing initiatives and projectsAssist with division projects as neededProblem Solving and JudgmentHigh level judgement and problem‑solving skills are required, as the incumbent is frequently faced with situations which require immediate action in response to issues and requests.
