We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital, and content channels.
Assist in creating, editing, and publishing marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Schedule and manage social media content calendars.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with key metrics and insights.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain marketing assets, brand guidelines, and digital content libraries.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Support virtual events, webinars, and promotional activities.
Update website content and marketing materials as needed.
Assist with lead generation and CRM data management.
Track project timelines, budgets, and campaign deliverables.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
