Are you someone who loves talking to creators, building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and turning creator collaborations into sales?
Lux Decor Collection is looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships Lead to build and lead our growing creator program across:

TikTok Shop
YouTube Shopping
Instagram
Affiliate & Social Commerce
What You'll Do

• Build and manage relationships with top creators and influencers
• Recruit high-quality US creators and develop a strong creator pipeline
• Identify creators who can generate real sales—not just followers and views
• Negotiate commissions, paid collaborations, product seeding, and partnerships
• Help creators develop content that converts
• Lead and guide our overseas creator/affiliate team
• Develop strategies for TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping & Instagram
• Track creator revenue, GMV, conversions, ROI, and overall performance
• Build long-term partnerships with high-performing creators

Who We're Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, talent management, or social commerce
• Strong experience working directly with creators
• TikTok Shop experience highly preferred
• YouTube creators/YouTube Shopping experience is a strong plus
• Experience with Instagram creators and affiliate programs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience recruiting/managing creators and building creator pipelines
• Team management or mentoring experience
• Highly personable, proactive, persistent, creative, and commercially minded

Important: This is NOT just a social media or outreach role.
We want someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, speaking directly with creators, building genuine relationships, negotiating deals, solving problems, and developing long-term partnerships.

What We Offer
Fully Remote – US-based
$80K–$100K base salary
