Marketing Coordinator
Location: Colliers at Tamarac – Tamarac, FL
Reports to: Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time
Colliers Assisted Living is a Florida-based senior living organization dedicated to our mission: Taking Care of God's People. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Tamarac community's marketing, outreach, and customer service efforts.
The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day support to the Marketing Director, helping drive census growth through lead tracking, referral coordination, marketing material development, and front-line customer service. This role is often a first point of contact for prospective residents, families, and referral partners — so a warm, professional presence is just as important as organizational skill. This is a great opportunity for someone excited to grow in senior living marketing and hospitality.
Support the Marketing Director with day-to-day outreach and lead-generation activities
Track and update prospect, resident, and referral source information using ALIS and WelcomeHome CRM systems
Coordinate and help schedule tours, events, and community outreach visits
Assist in creating and updating marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media content)
Maintain accurate records of referral sources and follow-up communications
Serve as a friendly, professional first point of contact for prospective residents, families, and visitors — in person and by phone
Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience for families and residents throughout the sales/move-in process
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team (calls, emails, filing, scheduling)
Assist with move-in coordination and paperwork as needed
Prior experience in marketing, sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Comfortable using CRM and office/marketing tools; experience with ALIS and/or WelcomeHome a plus
Friendly, professional demeanor with a heart for working with seniors and families
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, people-facing environment
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field a plus
Be part of a mission-driven team making a real difference in seniors' lives, with room to grow your career in marketing, hospitality, and senior living operations.
