Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst in Irvine, CA. Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst (contract) to support content performance tracking, reporting, and insights development for multiple social content and channel optimization initiatives. This role will report directly to the Audience Development Manager and support the advocacy of established KPIs in shaping channel strategy insights, articulating platform best practices and driving regular reporting to key stakeholders. In this role you will contribute directly to elevating our insights across earned, owned and user-generated social content for multiple franchises.   • Own focused reporting across major release roadmap moments
  • Regularly construct and maintain advanced Boolean topic queries
  • Design, build and maintain social data dashboards
  • Ensure program KPIs are integrated in reporting outputs and performance goals are socialized across franchise groups
  • Partner with analyst team to ensure overall deliverable quality and reporting is rooted in tangible, quantitative insights
  • Establish and maintain knowledge of current franchise communities
  • Establish and maintain knowledge of content cycles (patches, expansions, major beats)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of data analysis experience in media planning, social media management and/or digital marketing analytics/research
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management
  • Deep understanding of current social/video platform landscape and content archetypes
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of tools like Sprinklr, native social analytics platforms, and other UGC data-focused platforms (Ex. Stream Hatchet, Tubular)
  • Experience building interactive dashboards with at least one visualization tool (Ex: Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
  • Experience driving social listening programs, developing involved topic queries and comprehensive analysis (Ex: landscape, competitor, campaign)
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and craft informed recommendations
  • Proficient in Microsoft/Google productivity suites (Ex. Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education/background in Marketing, Data Analytics or Paid Media
  • Experience in the gaming industry or working with marketing teams in a digital-first environment
  • Data-science/statistics experience
  • Working knowledge of SQL (BigQuery a plus)
  • Love for gaming

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
