The Role

We're looking for aMarketing Data Scientistto help expand B2E's analytics, AI, and predictive marketing capabilities. This role combines data science, marketing analytics, and client strategy, requiring someone with a strong technical foundation and who can transform complex data into actionable business insights. This role will also contribute to client strategy, innovation, and product development.

Note: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship). B2E also does not pay for relocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models for audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign performance.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to improve marketing outcomes.
• Explore and implement AI and emerging analytics capabilities.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize performance.
• Design and maintain data pipelines across CRM, digital, and third-party data sources.
• Ensure data quality, scalability, and automation through tools such as Alteryx, Python, SQL, and R.
• Create dashboards and reporting that deliver actionable business insights.
• Support audience development, data enrichment, and marketing execution initiatives.
• Collaborate on new product development and data-driven solutions.
• Present complex findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in data science, analytics, or marketing data environments.
• Experience with marketing analytics, audience targeting, or campaign measurement.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R (Alteryx strongly preferred); predictive modeling; statistical analysis; and data integration.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, cloud-based data environments, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills. problem-solving mindset with interest in product development.
