    • Create, manage, and maintain content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
    • Monitor engagement and respond appropriately to comments, messages, and inquiries.
    • Support digital marketing campaigns that increase awareness, audience growth, and community engagement.
    • Capture and share compelling stories highlighting the achievements and experiences of the people we support, employees, donors, volunteers, and community partners.

    Communications & Brand Marketing

    • Develop and edit a variety of digital and print communications including newsletters, email campaigns, website content, blog posts, donor communications, fundraising materials, and press releases.
    • Create marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, impact reports, annual reports, event materials, and promotional content.
    • Ensure all communications align with Ability Beyond's brand standards and messaging.

    Fundraising & Community Engagement

    • Partner with the Development & Community Engagement team to support fundraising campaigns, annual giving initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, and special events.
    • Assist with community outreach efforts, speaking engagements, presentations, and public awareness campaigns.
    • Support media relations activities, including press release distribution, media outreach, and tracking media coverage.

    Digital Platforms & Analytics

    • Maintain website content and help ensure information remains accurate, relevant, and engaging.
    • Organize and manage marketing assets, photo libraries, and content repositories.
    • Track key marketing metrics including email engagement, social media performance, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Research industry trends and best practices to help drive innovation and continuous improvement.

    What You'll Bring

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
    • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Passion for storytelling, community engagement, and mission-driven work.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of professional, volunteer, or internship experience in marketing, communications, public relations, fundraising, or related fields.
    • Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
    • Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, Constant Contact, Sprout Social, Brandfolder, or similar marketing tools.
    • Experience supporting fundraising campaigns, nonprofit marketing, public relations, or event promotion.
