Marketing Director

Job Title: Marketing Director 

Location: Colliers Assisted Living – Assisted Living & Memory Care (Florida)

Job Description:Colliers Assisted Living, a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community, is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Director to join our team for our South Pinellas Facilities. 

This role is responsible for driving occupancy by building relationships, managing referrals, and guiding families through the move-in process. The ideal candidate is compassionate, energetic.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, physicians, community partners, etc.)

Conduct tours and assist families through the decision and move-in process

Represent the community at events and networking opportunities

Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups

Work closely with leadership to meet census goals

Qualifications:

Previous experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, or sales preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassion for seniors, including those in Assisted Living and Memory Care

Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
