About the Role
This is not an entry-level marketing role. We are looking for a seasoned senior living sales professional who knows how to close — someone who has sat across from a family in crisis, earned their trust, and guided them through one of the hardest decisions of their lives.

What You’ll Own
•Drive occupancy through aggressive outreach, relationship-building, and a full pipeline of qualified leads
•Conduct meaningful, empathetic tours that convert — you understand the family’s urgency and guide them to a decision
•Build and maintain a strong referral network: hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, home health agencies, elder law attorneys, and community partners
•Execute outside marketing in the field — visiting referral sources, attending events, and representing Colliers in the community
•Manage your CRM religiously: leads, follow-ups, move-in pipeline, and census reporting
•Collaborate with the Executive Director to hit monthly and quarterly census goals
•Respond quickly to inquiries — families making this decision don’t wait
Must-Have Qualifications
Senior living sales experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is required.
•Proven experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care sales — non-negotiable
•Track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy/census goals
•Comfortable with outside sales and community marketing — this is not a desk job
•Experience conducting tours and closing families on a move-in timeline
•Strong CRM habits and lead management discipline
•Deep empathy for seniors and families navigating memory loss or care transitions
Nice to Have
•Bilingual in English and Spanish — strong plus given our community demographics
•Existing referral relationships in the greater St. Lucie, Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach Counties
•Background in healthcare or hospice marketing
