Join the executive leadership of a fast-growing legal powerhouse. We are recruiting a results-oriented Marketing Director to architect the next phase of our growth at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan. This mission-critical role focuses on standardizing marketing processes, delivering actionable data insights, and maximizing high-intent lead generation across all channels. Managing an established team of one manager and four associates, the Director will ensure our marketing strategy scales seamlessly with our multi-office expansion.



Key Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with firm-wide growth goals.
  • Team Management: Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure a high-quality output of work and streamlined process flow.
  • Lead Generation: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, and paid advertising, to drive website conversions; with a high focus on exceeding the lead generation goals across 14 office.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to articulate future vision and guiding strategies.
  • Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve a consistent brand identity across all channels, including print, digital, and video.
  • Budget & ROI: Manage marketing budgets and track ROI on all campaigns to make data-driven recommendations for optimization.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise



Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven marketing management experience, preferably in a fast-growing company or legal environment.
  • Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing a team of exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, A/B testing, analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting for the web.
  • Attributes: Self-starter with superior attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
