Job Overview:
The Marketing Director at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") leads the strategy, execution, and measurement of multi-channel marketing programs that drive patient acquisition, brand awareness, and referral growth across all markets. This position owns the full marketing mix — performance marketing, paid search and pay-per-click (PPC), geofencing and geotargeted advertising, out-of-home (OOH), social media, website, and marketing collateral — and is responsible for both internal and external communications that advance the Kolmac brand. The role requires a strategic, data-driven, and highly collaborative leader who can translate business goals into measurable campaigns, manage agency and vendor relationships, and partner cross-functionally with growth, clinical, and operations teams. The Marketing Director contributes directly to the organization's mission of providing exceptional behavioral health care.

Base Compensation Range: $120,000- $135,000
Expected Travel Requirement: Travel is required, less than 10%. Gas can be reimbursed within company guidelines.
