    Description

    About DeepInfra

DeepInfra is building the foundation for companies to use modern AI in production — simply, reliably, and at scale. Our team has deep experience building large systems that serve hundreds of millions of users, and we’re bringing that same level of rigor to a rapidly evolving AI inference space. Our mission is to make advanced AI available to people and teams everywhere.

We’re an early, tight-knit team where you can influence product direction, try bold ideas, and drive meaningful work forward quickly. If you want to join a fast-growing company at a defining moment, we’d love to talk.

DeepInfra is backed by leading investors including A.Capital, Felicis, 500 Global, Georges Harik, Samsung Next, Supermicro, Upper90, Peak6, SVAngel and Nvidia.

    Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Director to build and run the growth engine for DeepInfra and support our B2B sales efforts. You’ll focus on driving awareness, activation, and customer acquisition through a mix of growth experimentation, paid programs, lifecycle marketing, and cross-functional collaboration.

As our first marketer, you’ll own the entire program across paid ads, AEO/SEO, scoring and routing, lifecycle nurturing, events, webinars, influencer partnerships, and development of sales collateral. You’ll work closely with founders, engineering, and sales to make foundational strategic decisions like ICP, systems, and channels that help more teams discover and successfully adopt our platform. You will also work closely with our sales team to help drive our B2B sales funnel. We’re looking for someone resourceful, analytical, and exceptionally strong at execution.

    What You’ll Do

    1.  Sales Enablement & Enterprise Acceleration (Sales Support)
    • Construct the Enterprise Playbook: Create the pitch decks, whitepapers, price-comparison models, and case studies that sales requires to close mid-market and enterprise deals
    • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design highly targeted campaigns targeting CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Head of AI roles at high-growth tech companies and enterprise scale-up
    • Lead Scoring & Routing: Establish a seamless marketing-to-sales handoff: Build telemetry to identify "Product Qualified Leads" (PQLs)—identifying developers whose usage patterns indicate they are ready for a dedicated enterprise contract

    2. Product Marketing & Positioning
    • Own the Narrative: Clearly articulate why DeepInfra's full-stack vertical integration results in structurally better latency and economics than renting on hyperscalers
    • Define ICP
    • Launch Velocity: Partner with product and engineering to market new open-source model additions, framework collaborations (e.g., NVIDIA NemoClaw), and feature updates instantly to the developer ecosystem

    3. Growth & Demand Generation (Self-Serve Engine): Build the PLG Funnel (could be doing or managing a resource doing)
    • Own the metrics from developer sign-up to API key activation and sustained token usage
    • Optimize user acquisition costs (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV)
    • Technical Performance Marketing: Run targeted, data-driven paid and organic campaigns across developer-heavy ecosystems (GitHub, Reddit, Twitter/X, Hacker News, Discord)
    • AEO & SEO & Content Strategy: Collaborate with engineering to turn benchmarks, price-to-performance case studies, and technical optimization content into a high-ranking inbound engine
    • Funnel Analytics: Setup and own the growth marketing stack (e.g., PostHog, Hubspot, Segment) to track developer attribution, activation milestones, and churn

    What You Bring

    • Experience: 5+ years of growth or product marketing experience in developer tools, B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or the AI infrastructure layer (Inference/ Compute/ MLOps). You must have strong B2B marketing experience
    • Technical Competency: You do not need to write production code, but you must thoroughly understand the developer journey. You must comfortably navigate terms like token throughput, TTFT (time-to-first-token), open-source model hosting, and API integration.
    • 0-to-1 Mindset: Proven execution chops as an individual contributor. You excel at jumping from writing a technical blog post to configuring an ad campaign to designing an enterprise sales deck in the same afternoon.
    • Data-Driven: Deep analytical approach to marketing. You live in analytics dashboards, value hard technical metrics over superficial brand KPIs, and can run rigorous A/B experiments.

    How we work

Three traits define the people who thrive here, and this role leans on all three.

Initiative. We take ownership and step in where we can add value. Whether it’s starting something new, improving what exists, or helping move ideas forward, we aim to be proactive and thoughtful in how we contribute.

Drive. We’re energized by hard problems. Building AI infrastructure is complex, and we lean into that. We care about doing things well, moving fast, and continuously improving — because solving meaningful challenges is what motivates us.

Grit.Things don’t always work on the first try — and that’s expected. We stay persistent, adapt quickly, and learn as we go. We take setbacks seriously, but not personally, and use them to get better.
