We are a rapidly growing wellness and aesthetic services organization looking for a talented Director of Marketing to lead performance-driven growth across a national multi-unit platform.

The Director of Marketing will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, conversion performance, and clinic-level revenue growth across the system. This leader will own and optimize the full marketing funnel — from awareness to conversion — while helping scale marketing infrastructure to support continued expansion.


This is a highly hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and can balance strategy with execution.


Key Responsibilities


• Own and optimize the end-to-end acquisition funnel from awareness through conversion

• Align marketing initiatives directly to revenue and business performance outcomes

• Lead digital performance strategy across paid media, SEO, website optimization, and conversion

rate optimization

• Develop and execute testing strategies across creative, targeting, landing pages, and offers

• Evaluate agency and vendor performance while driving accountability and measurable ROI

• Oversee SEO initiatives, website enhancements, UX improvements, and organic traffic growth

• Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify optimization opportunities and

actionable insights

• Partner closely with operations and field leadership to support local marketing initiatives and new

location openings

• Support franchisees with scalable marketing systems and best practices

• Stay ahead of emerging trends across digital marketing, AI, automation, and growth channels

• Build reporting frameworks tied directly to business performance and customer acquisition

metrics


Ideal Background


• 7+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on performance-driven growth

• Proven success managing paid media, SEO, digital acquisition, and conversion optimization

• Experience owning or influencing full-funnel marketing performance

• Background in high-growth, multi-unit, franchise, healthcare-adjacent, wellness, beauty, retail, or

consumer service environments preferred

• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external marketing partners

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic action

• Hands-on operator capable of both strategic leadership and day-to-day execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
