Marketing Director — Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation (SCCF)
SCCF is seeking a dynamic and experienced on-site Marketing Director to take the organization’s brand and marketing strategy to the next level. Realizing the power of SCCF’s brand as a trusted leader in conservation and science-based solutions to protect Southwest Florida’s coastal ecosystems, this role will elevate public awareness, engagement, and support. The Marketing Director will help maintain SCCF’s long-standing leadership role in the Sanibel-Captiva community, strengthening partnerships with other nonprofits and our business community, while expanding our regional impact to other parts of Southwest Florida.

The SCCF Marketing Director will excel at multi-platform campaigns that bring in new audiences and will be a very organized and motivated self-starter. They will be equally comfortable developing high-level strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute initiatives that advance SCCF's mission. They will thrive in a team environment, being willing to pitch in when an extra hand is needed. They will have knowledge of eco-friendly lifestyles and will enjoy working in a role that promotes the conservation of our coastal ecosystems. The ideal candidate is passionate about conservation, community engagement, storytelling, and using marketing to inspire action and support for environmental initiatives.

SCCF is a 501(c)(3) environmental non-profit organization headquartered on Sanibel Island, Florida. In its rich 58-year history, SCCF has won numerous awards and is recognized with a 4-Star Charity Navigator rating. The talented staff of 45 works in concert with the guidance offered by SCCF’s dedicated Board of Trustees and is supported by a large group of members, donors, and volunteers.
