We provide financial services to people in our community, serving western North Carolina with local decisions and excellent member service. ### Role Summary As Marketing Director, you will lead strategic marketing and public relations efforts that strengthen Mountain Credit Unions visibility and member growth. This role exists to ensure consistent messaging and measurable results across channels and partnerships, including working with employer groups to promote Mountain Credit Union to employees. Key responsibilities include directing all marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and providing government relations and advocacy for credit unions. You will oversee campaign performance, brand standards, and communications that align with organizational priorities.
