The group is targeting within Pega customer decision hub.
Initiatives/Projects:
Building marketing messaging using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) based on defined business requirements assist with deployment of new marketing creatives.

Role/Responsibilities:
We are NOT looking for a candidate that is on the tech side of Pega, like a systems architect (Pega developer in the backend systems).
We are looking for more business users whuse Pega like CDH, with certifications for Pega Decisioning Consultant.
In this role, you will build marketing messaging based on defined business requirements using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). You will interact with teams across Product, Marketing, Technology, and our delivery channels coordinate the successful deployment of new marketing creatives.
Responsibilities Include:
Interpreting business requirements develop business rule logic within Pega create targeted marketing campaigns
Provide consultation with business partners across Product and Marketing
Perform quality control checks on developed logic
Coordinate across business and technology teams
Manage multiple projects and meet target deadlines
Assisting lower-level analysts
Skills
Experience with customer decisioning/ real-time interaction management software such as Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
HTML coding proficiency
SQL knowledge
Understanding of a Test/QA/Production environment structure
Interest in Marketing Technology
Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability communicate clearly and professionally with senior leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Must Have Skills:
Rules Engine - Experience with customer decisioning / real-time interaction management software such as Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
Pega Decisioning Consultant Certification required
Quality Assurance - Understanding of a Test/QA/Production environment structure
