POSITION TITLE: Marketing Event and Project Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Marketing Project Specialist supports the execution of key marketing initiatives and programs that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and organizational outreach. This role is responsible for facilitating events, promotional materials and digital lead management, while owning vendor relationships, providing graphic design support, and leading community engagement programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Execution and Lead Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of local and regional trade shows, including logistics, materials, vendor coordination, and event execution.
    • Coordinate with Event Manager to ensure consistency of process for all aspects of event planning, from initial concept and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
    • Develop and execute event marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.
    • Creating compelling event presence, coordinating with Marcom contributors to leverage various channels to drive attendance and engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including expenses, logistics, content, and promotions.
  • Manage digital lead collection platforms, including system administration, data integrity, and lead distribution processes.
  • Contribute to the planning for new and forward-thinking lead management.

Marketing Collateral and Brand Strategy:

  • Administer and maintain association memberships, ensuring organizational participation, branding and engagement opportunities are maximized.
  • Lead the annual customer calendar project from planning and content collection through production and distribution.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate procurement of branded promotional products and marketing supplies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee the ordering, production, and delivery of printed marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate to ensure the appropriate print, social media and other digital channels are being engaged to promote events and engage with attendees.
  • Support the maintenance of the employee sales portal, utilized by the company for the ordering of collateral and miscellaneous branded items

Outreach Engagement and Coordination:

  • Coordinate and facilitate corporate social responsibility and community outreach initiatives, including programs focused on broadband accessibility and educational partnerships.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience coordinating marketing projects, events, or programs.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience working with vendors, managing budgets, and coordinating marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital lead capture tools, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Salary Range: $63,738 - $79,673 - $95,608;Bonus eligible
