Marketing Event Coordinator

In this role, you'll plan and execute internal events that connect teams, celebrate wins, and foster belonging across our North American offices.About the Job: You'll create engaging, meaningful experiences that make Odoo a great place to work, from office celebrations to team offsites.Responsibilities: Plan and execute in-person and virtual events across North America, including happy hours, trade shows, conferences, and internal company eventsManage full event logistics: venue sourcing, vendor coordination, contract negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, and communicationsMaintain and prioritize the event calendar, making data-informed decisions on event opportunities and timingCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to ensure events support pipeline goals, campaigns, and employee engagementEnsure brand consistency across all event materials, signage, swag, and experiencesCoordinate with speakers, vendors, and external partners to support successful executionTrack performance metrics, gather attendee feedback, and support post-event ROI reportingContribute to improving internal planning processes, templates, and event playbooksQualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience1+ years of professional experience, ideally in events, hospitality, or a related fieldExperience supporting or executing events ranging from 10 to 100+ attendeesStrong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple events and timelinesDetail-oriented with a track record of delivering high-quality resultsSkilled at working cross-functionally and communicating with diverse stakeholdersAble to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExcellent time management and follow-throughProactive, collaborative, and adaptableNice-to-Have: Community management experience via social media channelsKnowledge of working in softwareSociable and outgoing cultural fitStrong writing abilitiesWilling to learn constantly and work proactivelyCompensation and Perks: Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, HSA Matching, 401K Matching, and Commuter BenefitsPTO (Paid-time-off), paid sick days, and paid holidaysEmployee Assistance Program: 3 X 1-hour telehealth calls with certified mental health professionals$100 towards a work-from-home office setupEvolve in a nice working atmosphere with a passionate, growing team!Chef-prepared lunches - snacks, fruit, and coffee/drinks on tap!Company-sponsored events for groups of 6+ employeesThe salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000.
