Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Previous trade show, event coordination, marketing, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and vendor coordination abilities
• Ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with website design or website redesign projects is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Coordinate trade show logistics, including attendee travel, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and scheduling
• Manage booth activities by working with vendors to ensure setup, teardown, and event timelines are completed successfully
• Organize product samples, sales collateral, and marketing materials for booth displays
• Track event-related tasks, deadlines, and communications to ensure smooth execution
• Provide administrative and operational support for event planning activities
• Assist with miscellaneous event and marketing coordination projects as needed
• Support a planned website redesign project in partnership with a third-party vendor (preferred experience, not required)
