Persevr Inc is looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Events Assistant to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA! Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Support end-to-end event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms to drive brand awareness
• Conduct market research and compile reports on campaign performance and industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials, email campaigns, and event collateral
• Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and post-event follow-ups
• Track and analyze key marketing metrics to support data-driven decision making

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, events, or a related support role
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
• Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
