The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication and project management skills, capable of coordinating and executing both in-person and virtual events that support the firm's business development, CLE programming, and brand awareness initiatives.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of firm-sponsored events, including CLE programs, networking events, webinars, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives from concept through post-event analysisCoordinate all event logistics, including vendor management, venue selection, budgeting, scheduling, speaker coordination, onsite event execution, and troubleshootingCollaborate with attorneys, practice groups, and the marketing team to develop and promote events through email campaigns, social media, digital marketing, and other communication channelsTrack and analyze event performance metrics, including registrations, attendance, engagement, and post-event survey feedback, to support strategic marketing and business development goalsSupport the firm's brand growth and business development efforts by managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organizational standards, and traveling as needed for in-person events and firm initiativesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field1–2 years of event planning, marketing coordination, or related experience preferredSelf-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to take initiative with minimal supervisionStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholdersExcellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and active familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X)Prior law firm experience is preferredCompensation & Benefits100% employer match on 401(k) contributions up to 6% for full-time employees100% employer covered premium health insurance for all basic plansFree dental and vision coverageTwo weeks vacation and one week of paid sick leaveAdditional week vacation off after 18 months of full-time employment.Eleven paid federal holidaysEqual Opportunity StatementTully Rinckey PLLC is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
