About us
Supporting Education Group is the UK's leading education services platform, providing the technology, expertise and resources that help schools, trusts and education organisations deliver high‑quality learning for all.

Our Qualifications & Training practice plays a central role in this mission by delivering high‑quality training, qualifications and professional development for educators across the UK and internationally. Through evidence‑informed programmes spanning teacher development, leadership training and vocational pathways, the team equips staff with the skills, confidence and support they need to progress in their careers and thrive in the sector. By strengthening professional capability and enabling continuous growth, we help build a resilient, skilled education workforce prepared to make a positive impact on learners.

About the Role
Are you a marketer who understands that strong content is what drives results, not just fills space?

Best Practice Network is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and play a vital role in shaping high quality content and clear, compelling messaging that drives engagement, enquiries and applications.

With over 20 years of experience, we deliver nationally recognised education and training programmes that support teachers, practitioners and settings across the country. This includes programmes including Apprenticeships and Early Years Initial Teacher Training, a fully funded 12-month route to Early Years Teacher Status.
You will help turn complex programme information into simple, engaging content that connects with the right audiences and encourages action.

A Day in the Role
Your day will vary depending on campaigns and priorities, but it could include:

  • Writing and refining email campaigns to improve open and click performance
  • Creating paid ad copy and testing different angles to see what resonates
  • Turning programme details into clear, engaging landing page content
  • Creating visuals or adapting templates to support campaigns
  • Reviewing campaign performance and identifying what to improve next
  • Speaking with internal teams to gather insights and turn them into strong content
  • Developing case studies or learner stories that support ongoing campaigns

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Craft clear, engaging content across email, landing pages, brochures and paid ads that communicates programme benefits and drives action.
Develop case studies, testimonials and real stories that build trust and support campaigns.
Create and adapt visuals using tools like Canva, InDesign and Photoshop to support campaigns.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and applications.
Digital Marketing: Support activity across channels including Meta, Google Ads and email marketing.
Performance and Optimisation: Review campaign performance and refine content based on what works.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to turn insights into strong, effective content.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years' experience in marketing or a related field such as PR or communications, with hands-on campaign or content delivery
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to write clearly and communicate ideas effectively
  • Experience with digital marketing including Meta ads, Google Ads and TikTok
  • A clear understanding of the difference between content that looks good and content that drives results
  • Comfortable using data to improve performance
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience with email marketing tools, CMS platforms and social media advertising
  • Comfortable creating and launching content independently, without relying on large production support
  • An interest in education and making a positive difference
