Job Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support marketing campaigns, corporate events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and corporate events.
• Manage event logistics, vendors, registrations, and onsite activities.
• Capture and qualify leads and maintain CRM records.
• Support post-event follow-ups, webinars, reporting, and partner marketing.
• Assist with marketing budgets, contracts, and promotional materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality/Event Management, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience; internships and recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and prospects.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.

Preferred: Salesforce/CRM experience, trade show or hospitality experience, and basic Canva/Adobe knowledge.
