Portfolio Marketing & Experience Manager

Fuel Intuit is Intuit's proprietary food, beverage, and wellness experience - a fully customized program that brings a Food Network energy to the heart of a tech campus. As Portfolio Marketing & Experience Manager, you'll be the creative engine behind Fuel Intuit's brand presence across the Intuit campus portfolio. You'll partner closely with the and collaborate across operations, culinary, and design to build programming that guests talk about - and come back for. This is a newly created role - which means you'll help define what this Portfolio Marketing & Experience role looks like. We're not looking for someone who needs a detailed playbook to get started. We're looking for someone who brings the playbook ideas and is energized by the chance to build something meaningful. If you've ever watched a great food show and thought "I could produce that experience in real life" - we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications:

Passion for great food and food experiences, as well as a basic level of general culinary and hospitality knowledge, an interest an in sustainability.BA or BS degree in Marketing/Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism preferredExperience: 3-5+ years of marketing experience -- agency setting or in-house - for restaurant / hotel F&B / hospitality portfolio, strongly preferredA demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategically.Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and WordPress.Experience managing the design process is a plus.Very strong writing skills, including proper grammar and spelling.Organized, detail-oriented and process-oriented. A strong self-motivator with the ability to work at times with minimal supervision, accomplish a high degree of excellence without direct instruction, and problem solve for the best solutions.Top notch interpersonal skills including public speaking and interacting effectively with clients.
