Join Barclays as a Marketing Field Engagement Manager, AVP. In this role, you will serve as the primary Barclays representative in the field, driving engagement with flight attendants and airline partners across key partner networks. You will deliver in-person training sessions, educational programs, presentations, and ongoing support to ensure partner credit card programs, promotions, and incentives are effectively communicated and executed. You will build and maintain relationships with airline partners and external stakeholders while serving as a key point of contact for partner feedback, operational complexities, and field-level risks. In addition, you will support regional and national partner events, conferences, and training sessions, deploy marketing materials, and drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of Barclays card programs. The role also involves providing visit recaps, performance updates, and actionable insights while managing multiple priorities in a remote environment. Additionally, you will coordinate schedules, communications, expenses, and administrative requirements associated with frequent travel to airports, airline bases, and training centers. This is a fully remote opportunity.
To be successful as a Marketing Field Engagement Manager, AVP, you should have:
Experience in customer-facing roles within industries such as airlines, hospitality, financial services, partnerships, customer service, or relationship field, with an ability to represent a brand and build considerable external relationships
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time, with experience operating effectively in a highly travel-intensive, field-based environment
Ample interpersonal and presentation skills, with experience coordinating external partners, delivering in-person training sessions, facilitating field education programs, and building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders
Experience guiding programs, operational processes, compliance requirements, and field-level risks while identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
Organizational skills with experience planning events, preparing performance reports and recaps, deploying marketing materials, guiding promotions, and executing engagement or incentive programs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
