    Job Description

    This role is responsible for the development and implementation of the multi-channel marketing programs and strategies to support business line goals. This could include marketing, advertising, promotions, sales collateral and point of sale materials. Delivers measurable, customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement. Evaluates and measures program results to optimize investment. Works with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce materials that are branded and compliant. Collaborates with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies. Provides solutions and problem solve for business line objectives.

    Key Responsibilities
    •    Develop and manage customer lifecycle marketing strategies that support portfolio growth, engagement, retention, and profitability.
    •    Identify customer opportunities through analytics, market insights, and portfolio performance trends.
    •    Drive strategic recommendations that influence business priorities and customer engagement strategies.
    •    Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define business objectives, customer experiences, and marketing solutions.
    •    Monitor portfolio performance and recommend actions to improve customer outcomes and business results.
    •    Lead complex initiatives requiring coordination across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
    •    Manage end-to-end execution of marketing programs and customer engagement initiatives.
    •    Coordinate requirements gathering, approvals, testing, deployment readiness, and implementation activities.
    •    Track risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans throughout project lifecycles.
    •    Monitor campaign and program performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
    •    Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, operational, and risk management requirements.
    •    Maintain reporting, dashboards, and business updates for stakeholders and leadership teams.
    •    Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency, execution quality, and customer impact.
    •    Support a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-focused decision-making.

    Preferred Qualifications

    •    Experience in marketing, payments, financial services, portfolio management, project management, analytics, or related disciplines.
    •    Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.
    •    Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    •    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    •    Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
    •    Experience supporting consumer payments, credit card, loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement portfolios.
    •    Knowledge of lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and campaign management.
    •    Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
    •    Experience using customer analytics and performance reporting to drive business decisions.
    •    Proven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
    •    Experience leading initiatives across multiple enterprise partners.

    Basic Qualifications
    - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
    - Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

    Preferred Skills/Experience
    - Ability to lead projects and provide marketing that is data-driven, customer-centric, and relevant
    - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget
    - Ability to collaborate with research teams and leaders to adapt strategies based on research findings and campaign results
    - Able to lead contract negotiations with limited supervision and activate vendor relationships for the benefit of the Company and our brand
    - Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills
    - Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
    - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages
    - MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
