We’re looking for a Marketing Generalist who can take ideas from concept to completion — supporting our commercial brokerage team while driving company-wide marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and deliver results.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be a key partner to both our brokerage team and broader organization:

Commercial Brokerage Marketing Support

• Create marketing materials for property listings (brochures, flyers, email campaigns)
• Maintain listings across platforms like LoopNet, Crexi, CoStar, and company website
• Coordinate property signage, including design, vendors, and logistics
• Manage digital marketing efforts (website, email, social media)
• Conduct market research and present insights to support strategy

Company-Wide Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute campaigns across multiple business lines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements

Content & Asset Creation

• Develop digital and print marketing assets
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Organize and manage shared asset libraries

Event Planning & Coordination

• Support events like property tours, open houses, and client events
• Coordinate logistics, vendors, and promotional materials

Marketing Project Management

• Manage multiple marketing requests and timelines
• Serve as a central hub for project coordination across teams

Strategic Support

• Assist with marketing budgets, planning, and performance tracking
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility and lead generation

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of marketing experience (real estate, construction, or related industry preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and MS Office
• Experience with social media, email marketing, and website management
• Strong understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color)
• Ability to conduct research and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Experience coordinating events and working with external vendors is a plus
