We are looking for an energetic, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to join our team as a Marketing & HR Assistant. What You'll Do


Human Resources & Recruiting

• Recruit and hire nurses 
• Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other job boards
• Screen applicants and schedule interviews
• Maintain employee records and compliance documentation
• Assist with employee engagement and retention
• Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking applicants and employees

Marketing & Community Outreach

• Coordinate community events and networking opportunities
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and referral partners
• Assist with marketing and business development initiatives

Required

• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred

• Experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, or healthcare
• Home health or healthcare industry experience
