Marketing Intake Manager (remote)

Job Description: Marketing Journey Intake Manager to lead and manage the intake process for marketing journey's. Will validate request requirements, identify dependencies, prioritize, and effectively drive alignment and communication across stakeholders.

Required skills:
Requirements & process (BA core)

• Experience eliciting/validating requirements from non-technical submitters — confirming intent, not just taking submitted data at face value

• High attention to detail on dates, recurrences, and dependencies inside a work-management tool

• Able to build lightweight process documentation (flowcharts/diagrams) to ensure alignment across stakeholders

Facilitation & prioritization (Scrum Master core)

• Experience owning a shared prioritization calendar/backlog and re-sequencing when priorities shift or unplanned work drops in

• Comfortable driving alignment across competing stakeholders and escalating to leadership for a decision rather than avoiding conflict

• Track record running kickoffs so every party knows their role before execution starts

Stakeholder management

• Experience with high-friction, low-flexibility stakeholder groups who escalate fast

• Proactive, "get ahead of it" communication style over reactive status-chasing

Tools/domain

• Workfront (or comparable work-management platform) experience

• Marketing campaign operations exposure; familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is a plus

• Strong spreadsheet fluency for calendar/tracker management
