Marketing Intern

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Intern, youll support a variety of marketing initiatives while learning how modern marketing organizations drive awareness, engagement, and demand. Youll gain exposure to content marketing, social media, account-based marketing (ABM), AI-powered marketing tools, event planning, and campaign execution while contributing to programs that directly support BCM Ones growth objectives.

Work Locations: We are looking for candidates local to the Blue Bell PA area who are interested in working a hybrid/remote schedule. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.

What Youll Do

Create AI-powered marketing content, including blogs, playbooks, customer-facing guides, and sales enablement materials Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns through research, content development, and campaign execution Assist with marketing event planning, coordination, and logistics Collaborate with marketing team members on integrated demand generation campaigns Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to support campaign initiatives Track campaign performance metrics and help identify opportunities for optimization Contribute ideas and insights to support BCM Ones brand awareness and customer engagement efforts

What Were Looking For Required Qualifications

Rising Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently on assigned projects Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including campaigns, demand generation, content marketing, and social media Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating content for social media, blogs, websites, or school organizations Familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, or AI tools through coursework or personal projects Interest in B2B marketing, technology, telecommunications, or professional services Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance measurement
