The Marketing Intern’s primary responsibility will be to support and assist our Marketing Managers with online campaigns, print collateral materials, social media, research, consumer targeting, daily production schedules, and performance reporting. $21.00 per hour. 8am-4pm M-F.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials including social media posts, website assets, email newsletters, collateral materials and presentations.
  • Help manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.).
  • Support the planning and execution of campaigns and events.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
  • Assist with the writing and design of Quarterly Reports.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives (using tools like Google Analytics, Active Campaign, etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers, and other team members to ensure brand consistency.
  • Maintain and update the company’s CRM or marketing databases.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Follows instructions, completes administrative tasks correctly and on time, and responds to management direction.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff to make an accurate assessment of customer needs. 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations required to accurately complete assigned tasks.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in oral or written form. Ability to use sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

Attendance is required Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. or within normal business hours as established by the supervisor.  Employee may be required to work overtime, and occasional Saturday’s and Sunday’s.
