What's the Short Version?

The Marketing Intern, Digital Product Management is responsible for supporting the Digital Product Team during an 8-week program at our headquarters in Issaquah, WA. The role will assist in maintaining and optimizing digital products and features while gaining hands-on experience in digital product lifecycle management.

What Will You Be Doing?

Help maintain and optimize existing digital product features using industry-standard tools and strategies.
Observe and participate in feature launches to understand digital product development processes.
Support product lifecycle initiatives and improvements, gaining hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools.
Observe live research sessions, contribute insights, and explore user experience research methodologies.
Help maintain an idea backlog to support innovation and assist in prioritizing product enhancements.
Conduct various administrative tasks to support the Digital Product Team.
Participate in intern cohort activities including: professional development workshops, warehouse tours, and meetings with leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.

What Are We Looking For?

Currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.
Administrative skills, including excellent verbal and written communication.
Responsive to staff needs, demonstrating professionalism, respect, and consideration of others.

What's Our Offer?

Pay: You`ll earn $21.39 on an hourly basis.

Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked.

What Should You Expect?

Hybrid: SanMar's Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah, WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. Quarterly travel may be required.
