InnerCalm Wellness is a psychiatric practice that does its marketing in-house — the Google rankings, the directory listings, the outreach emails, the reels. We need a second set of hands whose work helps real patients actually find care, not a folder of practice projects.

WHO WE ARE

\n

We provide advanced psychiatric care — TMS, Spravato, and general psychiatry — for people with depression and anxiety, including treatment-resistant depression. We accept most insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare, which most clinics offering these treatments don't. Our clinics are in Hicksville (Long Island), Jamaica (Queens), Harlem, and Jersey City. We talk like a trusted neighbor who happens to be a psychiatrist: calm, clear, and honest about what's hard.

THE ROLE

\n

Most people find a psychiatrist the same way they find a plumber: they search. By the end of the semester, you'll have made us easier to find — clinic listings cleaned up across the directories that matter, Google Business Profiles that actually get updated, service pages written for the questions people really type, and a running list of local partners who know our name because you reached out. You'll work alongside our marketing lead and the practice owners, splitting your days between our Hicksville and Harlem locations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n

- Own local SEO upkeep for four clinic locations — Google Business Profiles (posts, photos, Q&A), directory and insurance-network listings, and review responses

\n

- Research and draft search-focused content — FAQ answers, service-page copy, and blog drafts written the way patients actually search ("does insurance cover TMS")

\n

- Run digital outreach — find and contact local organizations, provider directories, schools, and community partners by email and phone, and track every touch

\n

- Support the content side — Canva designs in our brand kit and the occasional clinic reel shoot

\n

- Watch the numbers — learn our Google Analytics and Search Console basics and report what's moving

\n

- Learn the whole business: the treatments we offer, the insurance we take, and how patients actually find care

\n

PAY AND SCHEDULE

\n

$17.00/hour, 16–20 hours per week, scheduled flexibly around classes. Paid, part-time, non-exempt hourly position. On-site at Hicksville and Harlem, split by day. This role is not patient-facing and involves no access to patient records.
