Marketing Intern (On-Site)| Beverly Hills, CA

About the Role

This is a hands-on design and marketing production role for an early-career creative who wants to build experience in commercial real estate. You will create brochures, property flyers, PDFs, email campaigns, newsletters, and digital content that showcase listings and the neighborhoods around them.

The role is primarily focused on graphic design and marketing production rather than analytics, paid media, SEO, or performance marketing. You will have the opportunity to learn how commercial properties are positioned, understand what makes individual locations attractive, and develop materials used in live transactions.

You will work full-time from our Beverly Hills office, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours of approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Pacific Time. The position is structured as a 1099 contractor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and update polished property brochures, flyers, offering materials, PDFs, and other marketing collateral for commercial real estate listings
• Turn property details, photography, site plans, maps, tenant information, and neighborhood context into clear and visually compelling marketing materials
• Create and distribute professional email newsletters and property announcements using Mailchimp
• Support listing launches from initial creative development through ongoing marketing updates
• Develop LinkedIn and social content highlighting available properties, market activity, transactions, and company updates
• Maintain consistent branding, typography, formatting, and visual standards across all marketing materials
• Organize property photography, site plans, logos, design files, and other marketing assets so materials can be produced efficiently
• Work independently from direction and source information, turning rough inputs into client-ready materials quickly and accurately
• Learn the Los Angeles commercial real estate market and incorporate relevant neighborhood, tenant, and location context into property marketing
• Support additional marketing, design, and administrative projects when needed

Requirements

• 1-5 years of graphic design, marketing design, property marketing, or closely related experience; strong junior and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply

• A strong eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and professional presentation
• Ability to produce polished marketing materials accurately and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and organization, particularly when managing multiple properties and projects at once
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take direction, work independently, and turn information into finished creative materials with minimal hand-holding
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Monday through Friday

Nice to have:

• Commercial real estate, residential real estate, architecture, property marketing, or another location-focused design background
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Canva
• Experience creating Mailchimp newsletters or email campaigns
• Experience developing LinkedIn or other professional social media content
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Claude, or other AI-assisted creative and productivity tools
