Position Summary:
The Marketing Intern will support the sales and marketing teams in executing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and drive the customer journey within the homebuilding industry. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic marketing and design, including assisting with market research, analyzing industry trends, and supporting model home and customer experience efforts. The intern will also contribute to reporting, presentation development, and day-to-day coordination of marketing activities, gaining practical insight into how marketing strategies support sales and community engagement.
The program will be in session from June 8 – July 31 and based in Roseville, CA.

Interns will actively participate in projects within their team and department, contributing to real business initiatives throughout the program. In addition, each intern will be responsible for completing a final project at the end of the internship showcasing skills, knowledge, and insights they have gained as well as highlight their contributions to the organization.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this role is between $17.50 to $20.00 per hour, with wages paid on a bi-weekly basis.

This is primarily a sedentary position. Requires the ability to hear, type and talk. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. The primary work location is a corporate office with low to moderate noise levels. Appropriate business apparel and professional appearance is expected.
