Marketing Intern (Temporary, Part-Time)

Role Description:

The Marketing Intern (Temporary, Part-Time) will support the marketing team with day-to-day activities that help promote CCL Label’s products and solutions. This is a Part-time, on-site role located in Hightstown, NJ. Responsibilities include assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, gathering and organizing market and customer data, and supporting the creation of presentations and sales collateral. The intern may help coordinate events or promotional activities, update marketing materials and digital content, and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role involves working closely with cross-functional colleagues, maintaining accurate records of marketing activities, and providing general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• \n
• Ability to work on-site in Hightstown, NJ, and collaborate respectfully in a diverse team setting.

Other Qualifications:

• Experience with digital content management, social media platforms.
• \n
• Familiarity with Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, Canva, or other marketing tools is a plus.

• Photography or content creation experience is beneficial but not required.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00/9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
