Marketing Intern

We are looking for Marketing Intern who shares our passion for authentic innovation, trusted partnerships, bold decisions and a relentless focus on customer success. The ideal candidate is a rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing who is eager to gain real-world experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment in a B2B technology setting.

What You Will Do

You will have hands-on experience in event coordination, social media management, website content development, and general marketing projects.

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events (including trade shows, webinars, and internal events)
• Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging
• Support the development, editing, and updating of website content to enhance user experience and SEO performance
• Contribute to ad hoc marketing projects, including campaign support, content creation, and research
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
• Monitor and report on social media and website performance metrics as needed
• Assist in maintaining marketing materials and digital assets

What You Will Bring

• Rising senior currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Interest in learning and working with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Canva

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)
• Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and website editing
• Exposure to tools such as Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Interest in events marketing and digital content strategy

What We Can Offer You

• The Intern will be required to work onsite at our corporate office in Westmont, Illinois five (5) days per week.
• The selected candidate must be able to self-provide housing and transportation for the duration of the internship.
• The expected hourly rate is $20.00. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Hourly rates are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
