We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support our team at our corporate location in Cincinnati, Ohio

Summary:

The Marketing Internship role offers hands-on experience in various marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, market research, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional content.
• Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and events.
• Conduct research on industry trends, target markets, and competitor strategies to support marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visuals and multimedia content.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist with other marketing projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in a related Bachelor's degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, etc.
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence and communicate with external and internal groups
• Ability to laugh and enjoy a team environment
