A global consumer products company is seeking a Marketing Lead to join its Marketing team based in Bergen County New Jersey. (Hybrid Remote) This position leads a small team responsible for portfolio management, go-to-market strategy, communications, and P&L oversight to accelerate brand penetration and outperform market growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze brand performance using syndicated data and shopper insights
- Support brand rejuvenation and partner co-marketing
- Monitor P&L, track market performance, diagnose share shifts, and recommend strategic actions
- Lead product and packaging innovation while partnering cross-functionally to deliver growth-driving insights
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of consumer products marketing experience
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Success in managing Brand P&Ls
- People Management experience
- Hands-on experience with syndicated data tools
- Bachelor’s degree
