About the Company
Our client is an applied research lab curating data solutions for foundation-model development, serving frontier AI labs with a mission to deliver the best data to power the best models — work that sits directly in the loop of how those systems improve. Since a recent Series A, it has grown to a well-over-$100M revenue run rate, and its work was recently amplified by a major industry player, building credibility with the foundation-model labs that make up its customer base.
Founded 2025 · 11–50 people · Industry: AI / Data research lab
The Role
The client is hiring its first Head of Marketing / Marketing Lead to build the marketing function from scratch and establish a clear brand across two audiences: (1) talent perception, so the company becomes a tier-zero destination for top researchers, engineers, and ops candidates; and (2) customer/researcher perception, so frontier-lab researchers associate it with the highest data quality and a deeply research-led approach.
