Optimize and build ICCU's enterprise lead management and distribution strategy within Helix, Fusion, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to improve operational effectiveness, support marketing and sales alignment, and enhance member acquisition and engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the enterprise owner for lead management standards, processes, and performance measures across all lines of business.
  • Govern lead intake, scoring, routing, and lifecycle management within CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Monitor lead flow, aging, and disposition to ensure leads are acted on timely and consistently.
  • Partner with Compliance and management to ensure lead practices meet regulatory, privacy, and data governance requirements.
  • Identify high-performing marketing channels and audience segments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Data teams, and Product Owners to refine customer journeys, identify drop-off points, and optimize engagement.
  • Develop lead scoring models based on engagement, demographic, and behavioral metrics.
  • Work with Sales, Service teams, and Product Owners to align marketing-qualified leads within business processes.
  • Partner with the Data team to create dashboards that visualize lead funnel metrics and present insights to key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Translate lead performance data into executive-ready insights and recommendations for Marketing, Sales, and Senior Leadership.
  • Monitor data quality and deduplication processes.
  • Ensure lead data practices comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable regulations.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field required. Experience designing or managing enterprise-level lead management strategy and funnel reporting preferred. Experience with digital marketing strategies and lead management, preferably within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM platforms, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, preferred. Experience with website analytics, content marketing, and digital advertising preferred. AMPScript and SQL experience preferred. Foundational understanding of dimensional and fact tables, data pipelines, and ETL processes preferred. SaaS platform administration experience is a plus. Strong math, written, oral communication, and multitasking skills required. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.

Certifications:

Any Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud certification a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
  • Sit for extended periods of time.
  • Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc).
  • Some heavy lifting may be required in order to execute proper event logistics.
  • Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Reach keyboards.
  • Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).
