This role works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure all marketing efforts are executed with excellence and align with our overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Our Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, grow catering and outside sales, organize and lead in store events, manage social media presence, and build partnerships that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue.
- This role works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure all marketing efforts are executed with excellence and align with our overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership team to execute effective advertising campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and adjust marketing plans accordingly
- Manage promotional activities to drive sales and customer loyalty

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
