You bring a repeatable playbook for building and scaling consumer brands and have done it more than once. You understand how paid media, lifecycle marketing, creative, and product work together as a single growth engine, and you know how to pull each lever to drive efficient, compounding results.
You will work across performance marketing, creative, cross-sell and upsell, direct Mail, and email to drive full-funnel growth. Success in this role requires operating effectively in a highly matrixed environment, influencing across teams, and ensuring every initiative ties back to clear business outcomes.
Rate is already the leader in home purchase mortgages. The company is building toward leadership in HELOC, scaling a top-30 insurance brokerage, and growing the Rate app from 500K to 10M+ users. This role plays a central part in that growth.
