This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, building community relationships, and helping a small business stay organized and visible.
Responsibilities:
Support agency marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
Build relationships with local businesses, apartment communities, and other community partners
Help identify and coordinate community events and promotional opportunities
Create and manage engaging content for the agency’s social media platforms
Maintain marketing lists, reports, calendars, and other agency records
Assist with office organization, supply management, and routine administrative projects
Track marketing activity and help identify opportunities to improve results
Provide general operational and financial administrative support as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized and detail-oriented with effective time-management abilities
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content
Basic experience with spreadsheets, reports, or administrative systems
Professional, dependable, and willing to take initiative
Previous marketing, social media, office, or community outreach experience is preferred but not required
