Position Summary:Seeking a multi-talented Marketing Liaison to coordinate local marketing, community engagement, and essential daily office operations. This position splits focus between promoting brand awareness to generate leads and handling the administrative and physical tasks required to keep our local office running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Pipeline & Scheduling: Actively manage the agent's calendar by making outbound calls and texts to schedule account reviews and fill calendars for the licensed sales team.
- Digital Brand Management: Manage digital outreach, including daily content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across our social media platforms.
- Community Footprint: Plan, implement, and attend local marketing, networking, and community involvement activities.
- Financial Errands: Securely handle daily local logistics, including taking physical mail, checks, or monetary deposits safely to the bank.
- Inventory & Supplies: Manage office inventory logs, ensuring the team is always fully stocked with necessary forms, sales tools, and marketing materials.
- Office Pride & Maintenance: Take ownership of the physical office environment by managing daily light cleaning (vacuuming, wiping down desks, emptying trash, and tidying the lobby) to ensure a highly professional space for walk-in clients.
- Campaign Tracking: Track marketing campaign performance and provide regular pipeline updates to the agent.
Qualifications- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional organizational habits.
- Experience with marketing, communications, or social media management preferred.
- Highly reliable, with dependable local transportation required for running banking and marketing errands.
- A collaborative team player who is entirely comfortable balancing creative marketing tasks with physical office upkeep.
- Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses if requested in the future.
