Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position manages marketing team members, organizes a high volume of projects and requests, protects brand consistency, supports revenue growth, and ensures marketing deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with business priorities.

This role requires a working manager who can translate strategy into clear action plans, provide practical direction to creative, digital, content, event, promotional, and communications work, and build strong partnerships with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, People Operations, vendors, agencies, and location leaders. The successful candidate will be highly organized, action-oriented, comfortable working through ambiguity, and able to create momentum while developing the people around them.

      Duties and Responsibilities

      Marketing Leadership and Team Development

      • Supervise, coach, and develop marketing team members, including setting clear expectations, priorities, deadlines, and standards for quality.

      • Translate direction from the Director of Marketing into actionable project plans, ownership assignments, timelines, and follow-up routines.

      • Create accountability while maintaining an energetic, supportive, and solution-oriented team environment.

      • Provide timely, actionable feedback and use day-to-day work as an opportunity to build employee capability and independence.

      • Identify when projects or employees are getting stuck and proactively step in to create clarity, momentum, and resolution.

      • Address performance, communication, or execution concerns directly, constructively, and promptly.

      • Help build a culture of ownership, urgency, customer focus, continuous improvement, and practical problem solving.

      Marketing Operations and Project Management

      • Own the day-to-day flow of marketing work across campaigns, events, promotions, creative assets, digital channels, internal communications, vendor programs, and location requests.

      • Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, calendars, timelines, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, approval paths, and next steps.

      • Lead project kickoffs, regular project check-ins, and closeout reviews to ensure alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.

      • Prioritize competing requests and help determine when marketing should execute, refine, redirect, defer, or decline work based on business impact and team capacity.

      • Identify risks, delays, bottlenecks, or unclear expectations early and recommend practical solutions before deadlines are missed.

      • Manage external vendors, agencies, printers, media partners, promotional partners, contractors, and other resources to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective execution.

      • Maintain organized documentation, digital assets, request processes, and project management tools that create transparency and efficiency for the marketing team and stakeholders.

Marketing Strategy, Campaigns, and Brand Execution

      • Support development and execution of marketing plans that strengthen PARR’s brand, drive customer engagement, generate leads, support sales efforts, and reinforce PARR as the Total Home Building Source.

      • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, email, website, in-store, event, promotional, vendor-funded, and traditional channels.

      • Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Cabinets, Manufacturing, Operations, and other business leaders to align marketing activities with revenue goals, customer needs, seasonal opportunities, product priorities, and company initiatives.

      • Oversee creation and quality review of marketing collateral, including flyers, signage, digital graphics, brochures, presentations, case studies, customer materials, internal communications, and promotional assets.

      • Provide creative and design direction while recognizing when work requires refinement and when “good enough” is the right answer to keep business priorities moving.

      • Ensure brand voice, visual identity, messaging, and customer experience are consistent across marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

      • Coordinate supplier, vendor, co-op, sponsorship, trade event, customer appreciation, community, and location-based marketing opportunities as appropriate.

Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Performance Improvement

      • Maintain a working understanding of digital advertising, website content, SEO, social media, email marketing, CRM, online listings, marketing automation, analytics, and other marketing technology or reporting tools.

      • Review marketing performance data, campaign results, customer engagement metrics, lead generation activity, and stakeholder feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.

      • Support budget tracking, campaign ROI evaluation, vendor spend review, and resource planning to ensure marketing dollars are used effectively.

      • Use market, customer, competitor, and industry information to help refine marketing recommendations and strengthen customer-facing messaging.

      • Partner with the Director of Marketing and subject-matter experts when deeper technical, analytical, creative, or channel-specific expertise is required.

      Stakeholder Communication and Cross-Functional Partnership
