Pay Range: $40/hr - $43/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the marketing support person for the client for the Business channel, developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for all products.
• Support the planning, execution, and reporting of Market Development Funds (MDF) and Sales Dollars (SD), ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage invoicing and payment processes in coordination with finance.
• Ensure launch readiness and confirm that all marketing and product assets are accurately represented on the client's digital platforms.
• Identify opportunities to streamline team operations and data collection through automation, leveraging AI and advanced analytics.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing program effectiveness.
• Serve as a key partner to internal teams including Sales, Product Management, and Finance, as well as external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of all marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 5-7 years of experience in channel marketing, sales operations, go-to-market strategy, or financial analysis, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with budget management, financial tracking (MDF, co-op, or similar), and ROI analysis.
• Strong technical aptitude with advanced skills in MS Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge and familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) like SAP are preferred.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations (MS PowerPoint).
• A proactive and independent contributor who excels in a team environment, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
