Pay Rate: Salaried to be discussed | Full - Time | Night and Weekends (Hours will Vary based on Business Demands)

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Marketing Manager increases headcount and revenue through the development of marketing campaigns for an assigned facility and multiple locations. You will ensure the successful integration between the Players Club with special events and promotions. Depending on location the Marketing manager may oversee related guest service departments and Players Club. You will report to the Marketing Director, casino General Manager.

Primary Tasks:

  1. You will manage marketing projects to ensure the successful execution of activities and improve the effectiveness of programs.

  2. Evaluate performance of marketing programs by analyzing data and reports to implement changes allowing for most successful execution of future programs to increase business opportunities.

  3. Use all available marketing resources to coordinate and implement strategic alliances with reputable partners, creating greater brand awareness and financial benefit.

  4. Responsible for becoming local and regional market expert regarding business marketing issues and make recommendations on short- and long-term strategies through identifying latest trends and issues.

  5. You will participate in strategic marketing, communication, forecasting and financial meetings Make recommendations on property-related marketing issues.

  6. Create annual budget and monitor expenses versus budget figures to ensure compliance. This task may not apply to locations where a Marketing Director is onsite.

  7. Hire, train, motivate, direct, and evaluate department staff to ensure the team members receive guidance and needed resources to accomplish departmental goals. Ensure adherence to procedures, and internal controls.

  8. Attend meetings to design and implement casino marketing efforts, casino events and any other relevant issues.

  9. You will communicate all Marketing promotions and events to casino team members.

  10. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years directly related experience
  • Excellent correspondence skills; both written and verbal required. Take and give accurate direction.
  • Analyze departmental needs and results.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to perform assigned tasks under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
  • Three (3) years' Casino Entertainment or Promotion Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years directly related experience
  • Proficient and familiar with all OASIS capabilities/reports available.
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience in marketing or advertising.
  • Three (3) years of guest service experience in a high-volume casino.
  1. You will help develop a Reward's Club marketing plan that supports and rewards its members. Responsible for the implementation and management of the plan.

  2. Responsible for developing Promotions.

  3. You will monitor player services activities, club benefits and programs to ensure that we are providing excellent guest service and perceived value to our player base.

  4. Provide feedback to senior management regarding service levels, profitability and opportunities.

  5. You will help develop short and long-range strategic marketing plans.

  6. Work with the main Marketing Department and site Marketing Manager to implement marketing/promotions projects.

  7. You will maintain staffing levels by interviewing, mentoring, scheduling, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and terminating associates.

  8. Maintain accurate and departmental records and reports.

  9. You will decide the final outcome of guest disputes involving complementary items when an appropriate resolution cannot be reached by a manager or supervisor.

  10. Provide input concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.

  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
