Job Title: LATAM Marketing Manager 
Location:  Remote
Salary Range:  $28/hr to $30/hr on W2 

Introduction

GitHub is looking for a highly motivated LATAM Marketing Manager (Contract) to support the execution and growth of our regional marketing strategy across Latin America. This role will partner closely with regional sales, partner teams, Client stakeholders, and global marketing functions to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and product adoption across key LATAM markets. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—comfortable developing regional plans while also executing programs and campaigns that drive measurable business impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, or related disciplines.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated regional marketing plans aligned to GitHub's business priorities across LATAM.
  • Plan and execute regional events, executive programs, workshops, webinars, and community experiences.
  • Work closely with Client and strategic ecosystem partners to execute joint go-to-market activities.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, developer tools, cloud platforms, AI technologies, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology buying motions and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience working across multiple countries and cultures within Latin America.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to developers, technical audiences, or software engineering organizations.
  • Experience working with Client or partner-led go-to-market motions.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, developer tools, cloud platforms, AI technologies, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of integrated regional marketing plans aligned to GitHub's business priorities across LATAM.
  • Plan and execute regional events, executive programs, workshops, webinars, and community experiences.
  • Work closely with Client and strategic ecosystem partners to execute joint go-to-market activities.
  • Track program performance against business goals and KPIs, analyze campaign and event results to identify optimization opportunities.
